I am a trauma-informed psychologist who works with adults, adolescents and couples. I help people with a variety of concerns, from PTSD, anxiety, depression,  and traumatic brain injury to problems in living, including: work, school, recovery from illness or injury, grief, career choices or relationship concerns. Whether you want practical solutions to current problems, or prefer to address the source of current problems by healing your past, I can help. I love what I do, and enjoy working with diverse groups of people—of different ages, genders, sexual orientations or identities and cultural backgrounds or experiences. I can provide therapy in Spanish or English. I am continually inspired and awed by my clients. They have been my greatest teachers, and have taught me to believe in the resilience of the human spirit.
